Staying always young and energetic is a dream of all the people.
Every person is afraid of getting older not only for physical transformations but also for drastic changes in the body as well as for the illnesses that accompany this vital phase.
A good diet is the one that can help us in the war against the age.
Tomatoes contain lycopene, an antioxidant that kills free radicals.
Green cabbage
This vegetable contains 2 important elements to prevent sicknesses that come with getting older. K vitamin helps the preventing of heart illnesses and osteoporosis. While high levels of fibers are important to keep low blood pressure and in the lowness of the cholesterol.
Red peppers
As the studies say, people that eat most red peppers have less wrinkles. This because of the high amount of C vitamin. Red peppers contain 60% more C vitamin than the green peppers.
Great facts! I'll definitely start incorporating these into my diet more often. You should make another post on more great foods!

Thank you for finding me and leading me back to your blog. As a 30 something woman cultivating healthier habits is a new priority for me. Having a child helps because she loves to eat the "rainbow" of fruits and veggies and she is the best jogging partner along with the pooch. Looking forward to more posts from you. Have an advantageous day!
ReplyDeleteI actually had classes about what can assist in contributing to ageing well, really glad I came across this post :) Will definitely start eating more of these veggies!
